Inner Chest Workout Tips

A lot of people want to know how to build that middle chest to show that line that separates the chest muscle but what a lot of these people don't know is there is no inner chest muscle because the chest muscle has 2 parts : the upper chest and the lower chest .

Most people think that the lower chest is that line at the end ,here is a picture that will demonstrate what I just sad :



So what can you do to develop your inner chest ?
You shouldn't worry about developing your inner chest you need to develop a full big chest to see that line in the middle , and to do that you need to hit the chest muscle from different angles with different exercises .

What's the best exercises to get a big full chest ?

to get a big full chest you need to focus on pushing exercises with heavy weights and I recommend these 3 exercises : Normal bench press , incline bench press , dips .

And if you have a big chest and your inner chest doesn't show , that's because your body fat percentage is to high so you need to drop it under 10 % .
